My husband had a dessert contest at work so this is what we made! It went pretty good for our first time ever making them! He got lots of great comments from his co-workers! I’ll let ya know if we win!!!
The Center was cheesecake!!!! It tasted really good!
I put water in the pan on the stove which helped to keep the candy melt soft! Made everything much easier!

This was a fun and quick project! I had some wood left over from some vinyl plaques I made so I painted them black and then bought some black supports to screw them to the wall!!!
I was very happy with how they turned out. But I’ve now decided that I’m going to paint that wall red so they’ll have to come down and then go back up again!!
I’ve wanted to create something for my hallway for a long time, but just couldn’t find what I wanted. Then one day I was walking through Goodwill and found these….they were bran new from Target!!
I also got two pairs of shorts while I was there! One pair for 2 bucks, the second pair were bran new from Target for 6 bucks!
It was a score at the Goodwill that day!
I made this nursing cover a couple months ago for my sis-in-law and I’m just now posting it!….I’m very behind again.
This was very easy to make. I had a pattern but ended up not following all the instructions cause they made it harder then it needed to be. 
I love the pink fabric, gotta love the sale rack!

I loved how the button turned out! I got this idea from another bag pattern I have and just adapted it to the way I wanted, you might have to enlarge it to see what I did.
I love the inside!! There are pockets on each side (I planned their sized based on what I would use them for) and the divider makes is so much easier to stay organized!
HINT: If you decide to make your own pattern I would draw out your pattern on tissue paper and then cut it out. This made it much easier for me, it was big enough so I didn't have tape pages together.
Here you can kinda see how big it is. 
I used home decor fabric for the outside and the lining as well - I wanted it sturdy!
In my opinion the key is to find good boning for the neck.
I must say this sewing project was a success!
I have to say that this picture doesn't do it justice!...Our room looks so much better now!
It was a little more challenging then the previous pillows I've made, but I like these better.
Ya know it's good when the hubby says,..."Wow dear those look like a professional made them!"
Now on to the next project!!
