Hurray!!!! I've finished it and I LOVE it!!!
I started out by making two 9" x 160" strips. I used the leftover fabric I had from when I made my daughters quilt.
Then I put padding in the middle, made my own bious tape, and sewed it together and added ribbon as ties! So happy with it.

It's amazing how much better her whole room looks now that it's finished!!!
